Rates and Policies

Fall 2020 rental fees

1-week rate: $4,000 (includes cleaning fee)
2-week rate: $6,500 (includes cleaning fee)
4-week rate: $8,000 (includes cleaning fee)

  • Cancellation policy: 100% of prepaid amount is refundable if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. 
  • Payment schedule: 50% due at time of booking; remaining balance due 10 days before arrival date. 
  • Rental rates do not include MA short-term occupancy tax of 5.7%
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Zelle.
  • Damage deposit: A pre-authorization of $1,000 is due at the time of booking, and will be released within 5 days of the end of stay. 
  • Linens: Guests may provide their own linens and towels, or may rent through Cape Linen Rentals. 

COVID-19 - Extra care

We are taking even extra precautions during COVID-19 to ensure you have a fantastic experience. Access when arriving and exiting does not require key contact/exchange nor interaction with any person. You will be provided with a remote video-walkthrough when you arrive. 

Also, we are taking extra cleaning precautions. In addition to regular professional cleaning between rentals, we are disinfecting all high touch surfaces areas (kitchens, bathrooms, doorknobs, door handles, etc). We also provide high quality cleaning products should you require self-cleaning abilities.

The house is set on nearly an acre of private property, an ideal setup for social distancing. Grocery deliveries can be arranged through Peapod in order to limit exposure to crowds.
